Softnext warranty service
Warranty service provided by softnext covers product software system/version upgrade, online patch update, and hardware maintenance service within the effective period.
Softnext provides free first-year warranty service from the date of registration. The warranty service covers product software system/version upgrade, online patch update and hardware maintenance service. Anti-virus can be purchased as an additional module, and comes with one-year free anti-virus engine and pattern online update service from the date of registration.
Service Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 ~ 12:00; 13:00~1800), except for Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Softnext will provide technical support service to customers via phone/email for products still under effective warranty. (Technical support includes, but not limited to the issues of product design, operation, hardware damage caused by accident, and inappropriate operation.)
After the first-year warranty service expired, customers need to purchase 1-year or 2-year warranty service subscription in order to extend the warranty service for product software system/version upgrade, online patch update, and hardware maintenance service.
After the first-year warranty service expired, customers will no longer get the product software system/version upgrade and the online patch update service. Warranty-expired customers will also be required to pay for hardware repairing if they do not purchase the warranty service subscription.

The price list of Softnext products and warranty service subscription does not include the installation and deployment service.
All product installation shall be offered by Softnext authorized distributors/resellers only, the installation fee will be charged separately. (Include the re-installation for major version upgrade.)
